Your Impact
We’re looking for a future team member to step into the role of Senior Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting Manager within our Corporate Trust Analytics team, based in Manchester with a hybrid working model. In this pivotal role, you will:
* Report to the CT Accounting Director and lead the EMEA team responsible for accounting and tax functions for a diverse group of Corporate Trust clients.
* Direct processes and allocate resources to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of client reports.
* Manage relationships with a wide range of clients, accounting firms, and business partners.
* Set priorities for processes that ensure completeness and accuracy, providing guidance to your team to maintain accounting records in line with departmental policies.
* Resolve complex escalated issues and provide mentorship to team members.
* Recruit, motivate, and develop staff, maximizing their contributions and fostering professional growth.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* 5-7 years of total work experience, with at least 1-3 years in a management role preferred.
* Chartered Accountant designation.
* Experience with a Big 4 accounting firm is preferred.
* A strong commitment to people leadership, focusing on recruiting, directing, and developing staff to enhance team effectiveness.
