As part of our ambitious growth plans, we're looking for an experienced
New Business Development Manager
to join our team and drive new client acquisition.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and results-focused professional to take ownership of generating and closing new business opportunities. You will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, building strong relationships and positioning Freestyle TS as a trusted IT partner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, target, and win new business opportunities across SME and mid-market sectors.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive outreach (cold calls, networking, LinkedIn, events).
* Understand client requirements and design tailored solutions covering IT support, cloud, and cybersecurity services.
* Deliver engaging proposals to decision-makers.
* Collaborate with technical teams for solution scoping and proposals.
* Consistently achieve new business targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
* Account Management responsibilities for existing customer base
About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Has proven success in
B2B new business sales
, ideally within an
MSP, IT services, or technology solutions
environment.
* Understands
Managed IT Support
,
Microsoft 365 & Azure
, and
cybersecurity services
.
* Is a confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.
* Is self-motivated, proactive, and thrives on hitting targets.
* Has experience with CRM systems for pipeline management.
