Commercial Property Legal Director/Head of Department
Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a new challenge and a chance to lead a small team and help grow it?
My client is an established, modern high street law firm in North Hampshire, and this is a rare opportunity for a Senior Lawyer who aspires to become a Partner and lead a commercial property team in this key role, which has become available due to retirement.
Commercial property work will include dealing with new commercial leases, assignments, lease renewals and related Landlord & Tenant matters, development land including options & overage agreements, unincorporated business sales & purchases and general business/property advice.
You will also need to have experience in supervise members of the team as well as business development in gaining new clients and grow your own caseload.
Hybrid working is available for this role.
