Subject to Joint Boarding processes and sS Policies, a vacancy will arise for a OF3 to serve as SO2 Safety Promotion at HQ JAC, AHQ Andover on FTRS - Home Commitment Terms and Conditions of Service (TaCoS), with an initial proposed start date of 1 Jun 26, or earlier if achievable. Unit Function: JAC is to prepare, generate and sustain Battlefield Helicopter and Unmanned Avn Force Elements at Readiness to meet UK Fixed and Responsive Tasks, capable of interoperability with key partners. The JAC will support the JEF with Avn C2, LIFT, ATTACK and FIND capability Position Role: Lead for the Safety Promotion and Training pillar Responsibilities: Lead for engaged Safety culture development within JAC. Lead for all JAC AS and HFEM training policy. Lead for the HQ JAC Safety Survey and administrator for all JAC Safety Surveys. Lead for Safety Communication, Messaging and Promotion across JAC including JAC Air Safety Digest, posters, leaflets and other communication with JAC AS Teams. Lead for JAC Safety Awards. HFEM Facilitator for HQ JAC. To lead on JAC Safety Continuous Improvement process. Provide staff support as required to AH Safety and Assurance and SO1 Air Safety.
