Apprentice Financial Advisor – Newcastle (City Centre Office)
Hours - Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, permanent
Holiday– 23 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays) increasing by one day per each year of service (up to a maximum of 5 days)

What You’ll Do & Learn
As a Apprentice Financial Advisor, with the TCG Financial Planning (Newcastle) Office you will:
* Support senior advisors with new business client meetings, research, and financial planning tasks
* Respond to enquiries, provide client introduction questionnaires and onboarding new clients
* Learn how to assess client needs and provide tailored independent financial guidance
* Work towards industry-recognised qualifications (e.g. Certificate in Financial Services Level 3) with full study support
* Progression to Trainee Independent Financial Adviser following completion of level 3, leading to level 4 UK Qualified Independent Financial Adviser Status (2 / 3 year qualification programme) where you’ll achieve the Diploma for Financial Advisers (DipFA®)
* Build long‑term relationships with clients, helping them plan for a secure financial future
* Gain hands‑on experience across pensions, investments, protection, and wealth management
* Understanding financial markets, systems and regulations.
* Practical skills in systems, processes and compliance.

* Minimum qualification; UK Level 3 Qualifications (A‑levels or Equivalent Quals)
* Higher UK qualifications (HNC/HND and or Degree) at or above Level 4 preferable
* UK Driving Licence preferable
