* Support the VP of Delivery in portfolio‑level delivery governance including planning cadences, decision forums, dependency management, escalation paths, and clear standards for delivery reporting and release management.
* Set and oversee enterprise risk management practices by defining risk tolerances, ensuring effective identification and analysis of risks, guiding mitigation strategies, and maintaining continuous monitoring across delivery portfolios.
* Drive scaled Agile delivery by embedding fit‑for‑purpose frameworks, improving flow across teams, and ensuring delivery practices support adaptability, transparency, and business value.
* Partner with senior and executive stakeholders to provide transparent portfolio reporting, support prioritisation decisions, and align delivery investment with business outcomes.
* Champion enterprise DevOps maturity by sponsoring automation, improving release reliability, reducing operational silos, and enabling scalable engineering practices across teams.
* Build organisational delivery capability through coaching, leadership development, role clarity, and consistent standards for Delivery Managers, Scrum Masters, and other delivery professionals.
* Own performance and budget outcomes by using data to improve predictability, throughput, quality, and return on investment, while making effective decisions on resource use and delivery trade‑offs.
