Age UK Manchester is looking for a professional, motivated and highly organised person to join our busy home care office based in Openshaw. The successful person will report to the Registered Manager and assist the existing team with general day to day administrative tasks. They must have previous administrative experience and be computer literate to a good standard, including producing invoices and filing. Also must be comfortable conversing with people on the telephone and face to face, dealing with any queries in a professional manner.
The ideal candidate will have
· At least 1 years experience in an administrative role
· Knowledge and experience of invoicing systems, producing invoices and a high standard of computer literacy
· Excellent telephone and inter –personal skills and a professional outlook
· Be extremely well organised and reliable with exceptional attention to detail

Pay: £23,010.50 per year
