As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with a range of complex physical, medical, and learning needs, ensuring they can access high-quality education. Key Responsibilities: Work under the direction of the class teacher to implement activities and interventions tailored to pupils' personal needs. Manage pupil behaviour in line with school policy. Provide general classroom support, assisting with organisation and management. Help create and maintain a purposeful, orderly, and supportive learning environment. Promote inclusion, ensuring equal opportunities for all pupils to learn and develop. Build and maintain positive relationships with pupils, treating them with respect and consideration. Collaborate with families and external agencies to ensure every pupil is valued, challenged, and supported. Maintain the highest expectations for sustained academic and personal progress.
