General Manager role at Urban Pubs and Bars. This position is based in London and involves leading a venue within a growing group focused on people, culture and delivery of exceptional service.
Responsibilities
* As GM you will take full ownership of all aspects of running the venue. You will be given autonomy and run the site as if it were your own business.
* Be business savvy and demonstrate strong commercial acumen.
* Train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain impeccable floor, bar and late-night service knowledge.
