Indirect Buyer

Facultatieve-Technologies, a leader in cremation technology solutions, is expanding its procurement team. We are looking for an Indirect Buyer to manage our indirect spend categories. Main Responsibilities:
Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with indirect suppliers.
Identify cost-saving opportunities across various spend categories.
Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive pricing and terms.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and meet their procurement needs.
Maintain procurement policies and ensure compliance with company standards and relevant regulations.
Monitor supplier performance, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.
Manage the purchase order process, from creation to invoice reconciliation.
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency within the procurement function.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends that can impact indirect spending.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
• Economical or any commercial degree educated, desirable.
• CIPs qualification
• Procurement experience in a project-based work order manufacturing environment.
• Capex, Consumables FM, MRO, PPE, Logistics, Office, Equipment, non-production site services etc.
• 5 years of experience in Purchasing/ Procurement (Indirect desirable)
• Demonstrated negotiation skills.
• Proficient IT skills including MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams).
• ERP system experience (desirable);
