Residential Conveyancer (Leadership role), 5+ Years PQE, Cheshire, To c£70,000 (DOE) – Great opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to take responsibility for a team within an expanding and ambitious regional law firm. JOB REF:0697

\nTHE ROLE:
\n• Leading a team of fee earners and paralegals with the full range of skills and experience
\n• Managing your own caseload of residential property transactions for a variety of clients including HNW individuals
\n• Overseeing the team's performance and drive operational improvements.
\n• Work closely with the senior management team to deliver key business projects and contribute to the firm’s growth
\n• Provide regular performance reports and management information
\n• Build valuable relationships with local businesses and estate agents
\n
\nSKILLS REQUIRED:
\n• A qualified Residential Conveyancer with at least 5 years proven track record. (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer)
\n• Leadership and people management skills
\n• A commercial mindset and the passion for developing talent
\n• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n• Ambition to contribute to strategic growth and continuous improvement
