Position: Junior Resourcer
Hours Per Week: 37.5, Monday to Friday.
We are looking for someone to join our team as a Junior Resourcer to provide support to the Internal Recruitment Team with scheduling and conducting telephone interviews, screening applications, providing updates and shortlists relating to recruitment data, and general recruitment administrative tasks.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic Recruitment Team. You will be given ongoing training that will enable you to successfully assist and support our venues in sourcing and screening applications to enable us to recruit talented staff.
To be successful in this role you will need to have prior experience in recruitment, strong administrative and IT skills, and great interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities of the role:
* Support the HR Administration Manager and Internal Recruiter with all recruitment tasks.
* Schedule and conduct telephone interviews.
* Screen job applications.
* Update the Recruitment Tracker.
* Candidate management.
* Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage vacancies within our ATS system, ensuring that roles are filled and closed.
* Reporting on live vacancies to the operations teams.
