What you'll be doing:
* Lead, support and inspire a team of Food & Beverage Assistants
* Manage rotas, allocate duties, and oversee daily operations
* Take ownership of stock control, ordering, and waste management
* Ensure hygiene and safety standards are always met
* Serve customers, prepare drinks/food, and drive great customer experiences
* Collaborate with other departments to keep things running smoothly
What we're looking for:
* Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or F&B
* Level 2 Food Hygiene & Health & Safety certificates
* Confident leading both front & back of house operations
* A natural communicator with strong leadership skills
* Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
Please note: This is a full-time role, typically 35 hours per week, with shift patterns including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
