Reporting to the Group FC this is a broad group finance role, perfect for a 2 nd time mover from practice or manager / senior manager looking to step into industry and work within an exciting, international group. Duties will include; Group Reporting & Consolidation: Prepare consolidated group accounts under UK GAAP / IFRS Support month-end, quarter-end, and annual closing processes across all regional entities. Collaborate with UK and international finance teams to ensure timely, accurate submissions. Financial Analysis & Oversight: Analyse monthly and quarterly financial results and prepare reports and commentary for senior management and the Board. Conduct cash flow analyses and support valuation of subsidiaries and group entities. Audit & Compliance Prepare and post audit adjustments and act as a key point of contact for internal and external auditors. Ensure ongoing compliance with statutory accounting standards and internal group policies. Support, Training & Development Provide training and guidance to regional finance teams on group accounting principles and reporting requirements. Support ad hoc queries from the wider global finance team and provide cover during team absences. Other Tasks Assist with VAT reporting and related financial analysis. Contribute to financial modelling, business valuations, strategic initiatives, and restructuring projects.
