The school provides a highly personalised and nurturing environment for learners who may also present with complex medical needs, sensory or physical impairments, and challenges around anxiety, confidence, and transitions. Staff play a vital role in helping students manage these barriers and thrive both academically and personally. The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students’ learning, development, and overall wellbeing across a variety of settings — including the classroom, outdoor learning environments, and the wider community.
