You will have: A degree (Level 6) in polymer chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering, or similar Experience in polymer composites, engineered stone, or lab-based manufacturing Strong understanding of lab processes and material systems Confidence working independently and managing priorities A careful and methodical approach with strong attention to detail A clear focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
