Permanent Position, £35,000 - £40,000 DOE + Overtime, 25 Days + Bank Holidays, free parking.A specialist vehicle manufacturer is seeking an electrically biased Workshop Supervisor to lead day-to-day production across vehicle builds, refurbishments and modifications.The Workshop Supervisor will oversee workshop operations with a strong focus on auto-electrical installation, wiring, diagnostics and electrical integration within specialist vehicles. Key Responsibilities of the Workshop Supervisor
* Lead H&S, 5S and PPE compliance
* Drive quality standards (ISO9001 / customer specs)
* Deliver against production plan & SIOP targets
* Run daily SQCDP meetings
* Oversee electrical installations, wiring looms and system testing
* Manage NCRs and 'no fault forward' processes
* Coach and support auto electricians and workshop technicians
* Control overtime and maintain accurate records
We Would Welcome People to Apply That Have Experience In
* Auto-electrical installations (12v / 24v systems)
* Wiring looms, lighting systems, control panels and diagnostics
* Leading or supervising workshop teams
* Specialist vehicle manufacturing, coachbuilding or modifications
* Maintaining high Health & Safety standards in a production environment
