Personal Assistant TREHARRIS 14.50 per hour
I am looking to recruit a Personal Assistant 3 –6 hours per week to work 2:1 alongside my existing PA.
I would like a Personal Assistant to help me develop my social interaction with people of a similar age and to promote my independence.
I’m a 17 year old boy and I have ASD and ADHD which affects my behaviour. I like structure and routine in my day-to-day life. I am very outgoing, chatty, and active. I enjoy playing on my game consoles the X Box, Switch etc.
I work 2:1 with 2 personal assistants to support me I can be sensitive to sound and certain sounds can trigger my behaviour.
I would like to visit places that interest me which could be
* Attending afterschool clubs
* Finding local groups or activities I may enjoy
* Taking me swimming
* Gym and sporting activities
* Hillside walks/Fishing
* Going to the cinema
Working Hours / Pay of Rate
3 -6 hours per week (average between 3 Hours term time and 6 hours school holidays)
£14.50 per hour 0.40p millage allowance when I’m in the car with you
Type of Person Required
* Age over 18
* Friendly, patient and understanding
* Someone who is energetic, outgoing, fun and a good time keeper
* An authoritative yet calm manner is important
* Someone with experience and a clear understanding of ASD and ADHD
* Someone who can drive and has their own car
Training
Full training will be provided in house by the existing team of PA’s.
About The job
Salary Frequency – Calendar Monthly. Successful applicant will be subject to a three-month trial period. Applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS police check at no cost to yourself.
