We are offering a new role for an Accounts and HR Support professional to join a rapidly growing business in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As part of a tight-knit team, you will support a variety of functions related to finance and human resources, playing a key part in the operational efficiency of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
6. Managing and processing payments, ensuring accurate invoicing
7. Recording financial transactions and managing accounts in Sage 50 (proficiency required)
8. Assisting with financial planning and forecasting
9. Overseeing employee timesheet processing and approval
10. Handling HR-related tasks, including the maintenance of employee records, checking right to work and references, organising interviews
11. Tracking employee leave and holiday entitlements
12. Assisting with recruitment processes and preparing relevant documents for new hires
13. Performing various administrative and operational tasks as required
14. Responding to professional enquiries via phone and email, ensuring excellent customer service
15. Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with external partners and clients
Required Skills & Experience:
16. Previous experience in both accounting and HR roles is essential
17. Strong proficiency in using Sage 50 Accounts (3 years)
18. High literacy and numeracy skills
19. Excellent problem-solving abilities, especially in a fast-moving environment
20. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
21. Ability to work independently and take initiative
22. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff and external partners
23. Previous experience in a similar role is a must
