About your role:
Are you a passionate and experienced hair professional ready to shape the next generation of stylists and barbers? We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our dedicated teaching team, delivering high-quality training across Level 1, 2, and 3 VRQ and NVQ qualifications in hairdressing and barbering. Our students include both 16–18-year-olds and adult students, offering a diverse and rewarding teaching experience.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone who brings not only industry expertise but also a genuine enthusiasm for education. Ideally, you’ll hold a recognised teaching qualification and have at least three years of hands-on experience in the hair industry. A strong background in advanced cutting and colouring techniques, colour correction, and product knowledge is highly desirable.

Salary: £27,690 - £30,156 per annum depending on qualifications and experience (SP22 - 25)
Campus Location: Weymouth Campus.
