Job description
* Perform a high quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction
* Deliver an excellent patient experience including patient enquiries, telephone calls, emails, receiving and managing patient arrivals and booking of appointments
* Keep patient records and reminders up to date
* Collect and record patient payments and pursue any debts in accordance with the practice payments policy
* Liaise with dental laboratories, suppliers, and other organisations as required, keeping records of laboratory work in and out
* Liaise with the practice manager on all matters concerning administration, pay, and service conditions
Candidates should have the following attributes:
* Previous experience working in Dental Practice Reception (preferred)
* Possible experience as a dental nurse ideal, but not mandatory.
* Having experience in a fast paced environment
* Excellent 'front of house manner' - proficient in emails and word.
* Excellent time management
* Smart and presentable
* good spoken and written English
* reliable, committed and professional
* Well presented, self motivated and friendly
