This ambitious and growing Chartered Surveying company who specialise in commercial projects such as health and education projects. The business focuses on delivering a quality service to their clientele and has ambitious growth plans to extend their offering in the future. As part of these plans, the business is now recruiting for a Building Surveyor to join their highly motivated team.
In this role, your time will be split between the office and site, working closely with clients and colleagues. You will be responsible for measured surveys, contract administration, preparing feasibility studies, and the submission of planning and building control applications. You will be encouraged to expand your knowledge and skillset through self-development, mentorship from senior staff, and a dedicated CPD budget.
With that, the ideal candidate will have a Building Surveying degree as well as some experience within the industry, with an eagerness to develop and progress their career. You will hold a full UK driving license and have your own vehicle.

The Role:
1. Measured surveys and production of CAD drawings
2. Develop specifications and tender packs as well as contract admin

The Person:
6. Building Surveying experience, with a related degree
7. Eager to learn and progress.
8. Commutable distance from Leatherhead
