Responsibilities
* Advise HNW individuals, property investors and commercial clients on bespoke mortgage solutions.
* Structure and package complex cases for successful lender approvals.
* Build and nurture client relationships and a personal referral network.
* Maintain strong relationships with private banks, specialist lenders, and mainstream lenders.
* Collaborate with the admin team to ensure smooth case processing and client satisfaction.
* Keep up-to-date with market trends, lender criteria and regulatory changes.
Qualifications & Experience
* CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified with strong regulatory understanding.
* Proven track record in mortgage broking – ideally HNW, residential or commercial.
* Ability to generate business through networks or referrals desirable.
* Strong interpersonal and consultative sales skills.
* Confident managing complex or high‑value mortgage cases.
* Ambitious, self‑driven and comfortable in a self‑employed setting.
