Day Rate: £550 - £650 per day (Inside IR35)
Location: Hybrid – Scotland (2-3 times a month)

Seeking an experienced facilities sourcing expert for a contract role supporting on a key sourcing projects. The ideal individual will have a strong background working for Facilities Services organisations and happy to operate within a delivery focused role.
Key Skills & Experience
It is absolutely essential that you have worked for at least 5+ years in a Facilities Management organisation, with an understanding of IFM services and environment
Proven track record that instills confidence in clients and stakeholders, assuring them of their capability to effectively manage procurement needs.
Adept negotiation abilities, with the ability to drive significant cost savings and value for clients, to foster long-term partnerships and maximise ROI on procurement initiatives
Your Role:
Crafting and executing sourcing strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of the clients.
Acting as the key liaison between the organisation and clients, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of objectives.
Leading negotiations to achieve cost savings and enhance the efficiency of account deliverables.
Establishing robust reporting systems to monitor procurement outcomes and track savings effectively.
Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to optimize resource allocation and enhance procurement planning.
Cultivating strong and enduring relationships with suppliers while ensuring performance and compliance standards are met.
Providing support for organisational transformation initiatives and contributing to the development of ESG sourcing strategies.
