What you will be doing
* Register all invoices into the finance system
* Ensure invoices are ready to pay on the due date
* Chase tasks that are with budget holders
* Liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth receipt and payment
There will also be an element of accounts receivable so experience in this would be advantageous.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Accounts Payable Officer will be working within an accounts based role. They will have a good working knowledge of the key responsibilities listed above. They will be looking for a role to develop their knowledge and will be comfortable working as part of a wider team within a fast-paced, high volume environment.
