Job Title: Instructor/Assessor - Mechanical Engineering
Location: Lincoln
Salary: LC Support Scale 6, points 5 - 7, i.e. £26,554 to £28,278 per annum
Market Supplement: We’re offering a recruitment incentive of a Market Supplement payment of up to £8000 per annum, payable as an additional payment subject to skills and experience.
Contractual Hours: 37 hours per week

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Instructor/Assessor in Mechanical Engineering. In this key role, you will collaborate with our expert teams to train and assess students in Mechanical Engineering and Fabrication & Welding Apprenticeships.
You will guide learners, ensuring they thrive and successfully complete their apprenticeships. Additionally, you will contribute to enhancing our training content, providing high-quality education and support.
Responsibilities:
