In this key role, you will support the Team Manager in leading and supervising a dedicated team, ensuring high-quality services for care leavers. You'll drive best practice, manage complex cases, and contribute to service development.
You'll offer:
Social Work qualification & Social Work England registration.
Significant experience working with care leavers and knowledge of relevant legislation (e.g., Children Act 1989, Leaving Care Act 2000).
Proven experience in supervising staff or mentoring social workers.
