Location: Grantham with Hybrid Working
Contract: 12 months fixed term contract (maternity leave cover)
Hours: 31 hours per week
Salary: £28,885.62 per annum

What you will be doing:
* Provide trusted, practical HR advice to managers and employees
* Manage and support a variety of ER cases
* Support restructures, TUPE and organisational change
* Coach managers to build confidence and capability
* Promote inclusive practices, safeguarding and equality
* Build strong relationships across the organisation and with external partners
What you will bring:
* Experience handling ER cases in a busy HR environment
* A solid understanding of employment law and equality practices
* Strong communication, coaching and problem solving skills
* CIPD Level 3 (or working towards Level 5)
* A calm, positive and values driven approach
Experience within care or the charity sector is a bonus but not essential.
