Responsibilities
 * Support clients on planning matters, access, rights of way, and diversification
 * Assist with estate and rural property management across a varied client base
 * Conduct valuations and other professional rural consultancy work
 * Contribute to strategic planning and provide tailored client advice
 * Maintain accurate property records and support regulatory compliance
Required Skills & Experience
 * MRICS qualified or working towards (APC support provided)
 * Registered Valuer status is highly desirable
 * Prior experience in a rural consultancy or estate management setting
 * Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills
 * Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
