About XUM Enterprise Ltd
XUM Enterprise Ltd is not your typical IT company. We operate across the UK, UAE, China and Europe with a focus on circular economy, ecommerce and high-volume IT hardware processing. From storage devices to full enterprise infrastructure we collect, process, refurbish and ship thousands of items monthly.
Our Manchester HQ is a high-performance environment where logistics, ecommerce and industrial repair meet ISO aligned systems and international standards.
We Believe in Rockstar Hiring
At XUM we do not hire people to follow scripts. We hire rockstars who figure things out, take ownership and get the job done.
We prefer one high-performing technician who can spot and solve problems rather than three who need constant instruction.
This role is for someone who thrives in a technical, fast-moving environment and takes pride in being the one who makes things work, not the one who waits for answers.
Bring the Formula 1 Mentality
We operate with a Formula 1 mindset. That means speed, discipline, constant tuning and no dead weight.
Every department runs like a pit crew, fast, precise and always pushing for better performance. If you see a broken process you fix it. If something is unclear you figure it out. That is how we work.
