This role is central to identifying inefficiencies, streamlining operations and supporting large‑scale transformation initiatives aligned to our strategic objectives.What you'll be doingAnalyse and document end‑to‑end business processes using BPMN 2.0, flowcharts and process mapping toolsIdentify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and opportunities for optimisation across complex, multi‑site operationsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define the scope of improvement initiativesTranslate data analysis into clear, actionable insights and improvement recommendationsSupport change management by communicating changes and helping deliver training for impacted usersAssist with testing, validation and implementation of new or improved processesEstablish KPIs and performance metrics to monitor success and drive continuous improvementResearch best practice and industry benchmarks to enhance process maturityWhat we're looking forProven experience in process improvement or transformation within a large, complex organisationStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data effectivelyExperience supporting or contributing to large‑scale transformation or improvement programmesExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsComfortable operating in ambiguous or fast‑changing environmentsDegree in Business, Engineering, IT, Finance, Economics or a related disciplineDesirable:Lean, Six Sigma or similar process improvement qualificationsExperience with ERP systems, process modelling tools or process mining platformsWhy join Compass Group UK & IYou'll be part of a business investing heavily in digital transformation, working on initiatives that have real, measurable impact at scale.
