Job Title: Complex Occupational Therapist
Location: Hammersmith & Fulham
Pay Rate: £24.74 per hour
Liquid Personnel is seeking for a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to become a part of the Complex Occupational Therapy Service. The successful candidate will manage a clinical caseload of individuals with complex multiple pathologies, including psychological, neurological, emotional, behavioral, social problems, or age-related conditions.
Responsibilities:
Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs.
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
Managing a caseload of 5-6 cases per week.
Providing therapeutic interventions to address psychological, neurological, emotional, behavioral, and social problems.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
Monitoring and documenting clients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.Qualifications:
Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Valid registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Proven experience in managing complex cases.
Strong knowledge of psychological, neurological, emotional, behavioral, and social issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
