About the Role Horizon Teachers is working closely with a small, specialist KS4 Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in the borough of Redbridge. The school is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs, including ADHD and other additional needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact on young people who require tailored support to thrive in education. You’ll work alongside a committed team of staff to build trust, encourage positive behaviour, and help students re-engage with learning. The hours for this position are Monday - Thursday 08:20–15:30 & Friday 08:20–13:00 (you will be paid for a full-day). The role is a long-term position with the potential for this to turn into a permanent position within 6 months. Class sizes are small (typically 3–4 students), with strong adult support in each room, creating a focused and supportive environment. No prior PRU experience is required just a passion for helping young people and the right attitude.
