KH Resourcing are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and systems with precision and efficiency. Duties
* Assemble mechanical parts and systems according to technical drawings and specifications.
* Use hand tools and power tools to fit, fasten, and secure components.
* Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure standards are met.
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
* Assist in inventory management by tracking parts and materials used during assembly.
* Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
* Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during assembly operations.
Qualifications
* Proven experience or knowledge of mechanical systems and assembly processes.
* Proficiency in using hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and pliers.
* Experience with power tools relevant to mechanical assembly tasks.
* Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to read technical drawings and diagrams accurately.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
* Physical capability to handle parts and tools, including lifting where necessary.
