* Contract with small‑to‑medium businesses to outsource sales leadership.
* Develop and execute sales strategy, process, and execution plans.
* Turn around and grow business performance across multiple industries.
* Improve ROI and coach or mentor sales reps for future growth.
Qualifications
* 16+ years of sales experience.
* Minimum 8 years of senior sales leadership experience.
* Revenue responsibility of $25M+ annually.
* Business‑to‑business background.
