We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us as our Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Engineer, TPM. This is a new role for Games Workshop, where you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategy that delivers an industry-leading Total Productive Maintenance, TPM programme that continually improves manufacturing efficiencies and results. Reporting to the Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Manager, you will work closely with the wider CI team and collaborate with all levels and departments within manufacturing. You will use your knowledge and experience of working in a TPM manufacturing environment to analyse equipment performance and develop the necessary plans to increase efficiency. Key Responsibilites include: Collaborate with the CI Manager and others to define and implement the TPM strategy across GW Manufacturing. Facilitate risk and waste elimination using TPM tools such as FMEA, SMED, and others. Champion a TPM culture by identifying training needs and embedding sustainable practices. Develop and deploy a robust FMEA programme to prioritise risk mitigation and optimise equipment utilisation. Align TPM initiatives across all manufacturing levels and ensure resource availability. Support the development of TPM Specialists and lead the creation of a 12-24 month implementation roadmap. Establish and monitor TPM KPIs to track progress and impact. Ensure new equipment meets QMS, TPM, and operational standards prior to deployment. The ideal candidate for this new, exciting opportunity will be qualified in a relevant engineering discipline. You will have proven experience in leading small, medium and large stepped improvements to increase equipment efficiency using TPM methodology, tools, and techniques.
