The Role You'll take ownership of utility account management, ensuring data accuracy, resolving complex billing queries, and maintaining portfolio completeness. Alongside this, you'll play a key role in supporting team performance-sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to continuous improvement across processes and systems.
