KS3 Teacher - Alternative Provision (Challenging Behaviour) Location: Blackpool Start Date: September 2025 Contract: Full-time, 1-Year Fixed Term Class Size: 8 Pupils Tradewind Recruitment, working in close partnership with a well-established Alternative Provision, is seeking a dedicated and resilient Key Stage 3 Teacher to support a small group of pupils from September 2025 on a full-time, year-long contract. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with 8 KS3 pupils who display challenging behaviour and require a structured, supportive learning environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in re-engaging students with education and fostering both academic and personal growth.
