What You'll Be Doing Driving smarter ways of working - streamlining processes, sharpening reporting, and keeping us one step ahead. Building strong relationships across teams - becoming the go-to finance partner for commercial colleagues. Creating accurate, insightful reports that influence real business decisions. Supporting with budgets, forecasts, and analysis - helping us understand the story behind the numbers. Owning key financial processes like accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations. Preparing information for audits and managing customer discounts. Keeping deadlines in check while delivering top-quality work. What We're Looking For You're currently studying CIMA (or planning to) or have finished your AAT and are hungry for more. You've already got some finance experience - ideally in a business partner role. You're analytical, curious, and love solving problems. You're confident with Excel (think pivots, look-ups, formulas).
