We’re looking to offer a salary of £37,000- £39,000 per annum depending on experience. What you’ll do on a typical day:
Maintain daily Ops Development tasks, reporting & data accuracy across all customers on site
* Act as a supportive point of contact for process & documentation queries
* Responsible for delivering customers CI pipeline
* Provide supportive cover for the DCM when they are engaged in service delivery, including stepping in for operational & social responsibilities where required
* Communicate clearly and escalate issues early when needed
