We're looking for a Global Executive Search Team Coordinator to play a pivotal role at the heart of our high‑performing Executive Search function. In this influential position, you'll orchestrate a seamless, high‑touch journey for senior executive candidates and key stakeholders, including members of our Executive Leadership Team. Principle Accountabilities
Lead and coordinate complex, multi‑region executive hiring processes, ensuring a premium, confidential and seamless experience for senior leadership candidates.
Act as a trusted partner to internal executives and external search providers, managing high‑level briefings, assessments and cross‑regional stakeholder communication.
Orchestrate global interview and assessment logistics — including senior‑level scheduling, travel arrangements, preparation of materials and management of feedback — with precision and discretion.
Maintain rigorous ATS data integrity and governance compliance, while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Manage executive‑level documentation, reporting and vendor coordination, including invoice reconciliation and procurement activities, ensuring accuracy and high service standards.
Support strategic team operations through global meeting and event facilitation, action tracking and continuous improvement informed by qualitative and quantitative stakeholder insights.
Skills and Experience Required
Proven experience supporting executive‑level recruitment or senior leadership teams within a global, matrixed organisation, ideally gained in executive search, professional services, or corporate talent acquisition.
Strong organisational agility, with the ability to balance multiple high‑priority tasks across different time zones and cultural contexts.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence and gravitas to engage effectively with senior leaders and external partners.
Demonstrates the highest levels of discretion, integrity, and sound judgement when handling sensitive or confidential information.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and experienced in using applicant tracking systems, preferably Lumesse or similar enterprise platforms.
A proactive, self‑motivated individual with a solutions‑focused approach and a commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience.
