£25,000 – £28,000 Pro Rata (Depending on Experience)

We’re looking for a Part-time Accounts Administrator to join a well-established commercial property company near Exeter. This is an exciting part-time role seeking an experienced accounts professional who will make a valuable contribution to a busy and expanding operation. As you grow with the company, there’s potential for additional hours and responsibilities over time.
In this key role you’ll help maintain accurate invoicing, process payments and support smooth financial and administrative processes across a managed property portfolio – gaining valuable insight into commercial property finance and administration as the business continues to develop.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Accurately process and code property and service charge invoices
• Prepare and make supplier and service charge payments
• Ensure costs are correctly allocated to the relevant property and service charge schedules
• Resolve invoice and payment queries with property managers and suppliers
• Maintain accurate records to support service charge reporting and year-end reconciliations
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in accounts or administration (commercial property experience is a bonus but not essential)
• Confidence using accounting systems and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• A proactive team player with a positive attitude and an interest in property
• A willingness to learn and develop your skills in accounts and property administration
