Receptionist Administration and Business Support - Cherrybrook Care Home Contract: Part Time Salary: £12.21 Per Hour Shift Type: Days Contracted hours: 16 Cherrybrook Care Home is a stunning 120 bedded facility in Leeds, split across two units and specialising in complex mental health, dementia and challenging behaviours. The home provides high quality, person centred care in a safe and supportive environment. Receptionist £12.21 per hour 16 hours per week Monday to Thursday 1pm to 5pm Pension, Onsite parking, Paid DBS, Uniform provided 5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full time contract Role Overview As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the care home, creating a warm and professional welcome for residents, visitors and team members. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day to day running of the front desk while supporting the wider team with administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors, answering telephone and email enquiries, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining accurate records. You will support general office administration such as filing, data entry and updating resident information. Working closely with the management team, you will help ensure the reception area runs efficiently, always maintaining a friendly, organised and professional environment. This role requires someone who is confident communicating with a wide range of people and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
