POSITION PROFILE
* Reporting to the Project Head and GM – HR & Admin
* Relevant experience in Construction/Infrastructure in site HR & Administration role
Key Responsibilities
* Handling Statutory Compliances under Contract Labour Act, PF ACT, ESIC ACT, BOCW Act, Min. wages Act, Payment of Wages Act and few others.
* Maintaining of Records, Registers and Returns under the above Acts. Preparing wages and salary of contractual employees.
* Maintain employee records (attendance, leave data etc.) according to the Company policy
* General Administration like, Welfare of employees at construction site, Vehicles movement, Shift Management, site accommodation etc.
