Role Overview
This role blends strategic enterprise sales leadership with hands-on solution consulting. You’ll engage at board level, run complex discovery and scoping sessions, craft commercial proposals, and manage the full sales cycle through to close - before transitioning accounts to the delivery and implementation teams.
You’ll focus on mid to enterprise-level hospitality operators (typically £50k+ ARR), leading digital transformation initiatives across multi-site, multi-brand estates.
Enterprise Account Executive – EPOS - Key Responsibilities
* Lead consultative, value-based sales engagements with enterprise hospitality clients.
* Represent the company’s commercial perspective in industry discussions, customer reviews, and partnership forums.
* Run discovery workshops across client functions (IT, Operations, Finance, Procurement) to map current systems and define future-state workflows.
* Build tailored pricing models spanning CAPEX, SaaS, and Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) frameworks.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Product, Legal, and Delivery teams to ensure technical and commercial alignment.
* Own enterprise RFPs and tenders, producing compelling and commercially sound proposals.
* Lead solution design conversations integrating:
* CRM, loyalty, and digital ordering platforms
* Reservations and ticketing systems
* Workforce management tools
* Payment solutions (mobile, fixed, semi-attended)
* Finance and ERP systems (revenue reconciliation, cost control, nominal mapping)
* Support clients in achieving fiscal compliance for international operations (e.g. Austrian/EU fiscal mandates).
* Architect full-stack solutions across the platform ecosystem, ensuring scalability, interoperability, and ROI.
* Act as a strategic commercial partner guiding clients through digital transformation programmes.
* Manage the full enterprise sales process from opportunity discovery to contract signature.
Enterprise Account Executive – EPOS - Requirements
* Proven track record in consultative enterprise sales within hospitality, payments, or technology solutions.
* Experience closing enterprise deals of £50k+ ARR (or equivalent total contract value).
* Strong understanding of complex integrations across finance, payments, stock, workforce, and CRM systems.
* Expertise in value-based selling, ROI modelling, and commercial negotiation.
* Comfort with Cap-Ex and SaaS models, subscription and leasing structures, and multi-site rollout strategies.
* Technically literate - confident discussing platform architecture, APIs, and integration requirements.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence at C-suite and senior stakeholder level.
* Proficient in Salesforce (or similar CRM) for opportunity management and forecasting.
* Highly organised, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple complex deals simultaneously.
* Skilled in creating sales decks, business cases, and RFP documentation using PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides.
