Own transport is desirable due to the semi-rural location About the role: As a support worker you will be working in our school's residential home supporting young people from ages 5-19 with severe emotional and social difficulties. Being a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in improving the life skills and independence of the young people. This will be on a bank/agency basis. About you: A successful candidate will have empathy, compassion, and resilience working with children and young people with learning disabilities, mental health, or autism. You must have a driving license and your own vehicle as it is a rural location. Pay starting from £11.44 per hour PAYE and £14.57 per hour Umbrella.
