Through some exciting news internally, and our drive to continually move forward through an exciting next chapter in our innovative digital CRM and loyalty program over the next 12 months we are looking to recruit a SENIOR CRM & PERSONALISATION MANAGER on a 12 month fixed term contract.
ROLE OF SENIOR CRM & PERSONALISATION:
This is key role within our Digital/Ecommerce team, where you will collaborate with data, digital, marketing and customer care to develop and execute strategies for loyalty and strong customer relationships. Creating product, brand, service campaigns, gathering feedback to enhance customer sign up, engagement, personalisation, retention and drive business growth.
As the Senior CRM Manager, you will:
• Lead the CRM team to define the CRM strategy, plans and KPIs. (x1 direct report)
• Play an integral role in the creation and delivery of the reward programme.
• Be responsible for the development and delivery of the customer growth plan.
• Be accountable for the customer contact strategy to meet our commercial objectives, using and growing the customer database.
• Deliver the contact strategy across all channels including email, push notifications, and on-site personalisation, as well as driving delivery through the other digital channels.
• Drive the development of omni-channel multi-device CRM capabilities to maximise the quantity and quality of actionable customer data.
• Improve data collection across the Mamas & Papas ecosystem.
• Deliver and present regular analysis and KPI reporting to drive continuous improvements.
• Work closely with key stakeholders (internal and external) to deliver a rounded view of the contribution of CRM to overall sales.
• Set and deliver Personalisation strategy.
• Leverage Dotdigital, Dynamic Yield and other technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
