The House Brand Executive is a critical operational role responsible for supporting the House Brand Strategy Manager in executing the annual House Brand Marketing Strategy for Falken, Dunlop, and Sumitomo across retail and wholesale channels. This role drives brand awareness, consideration, dealer advocacy, and sales volume growth by implementing national and dealer-specific campaigns, supporting the Dunlop UK relaunch, and delivering value-driven, sustainable promotions. The job holder collaborates in a matrix structure with Digital Marketing, Retail, and Data & Insight teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, brand consistency, and data-led optimization, contributing to the Group’s House brand revenue performance.
The job holder is accountable for executing delegated marketing activities from the House Brand Marketing Plan, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with brand objectives. They support dealer and customer engagement initiatives, monitor campaign performance, and optimize outcomes using real‑time insights. The role ensures full compliance with manufacturer guidelines, ASA, GDPR, and TyreSafe standards, and contributes to sustainability messaging and continuous improvement in campaign effectiveness.
About the Role & About you
Your Responsibilities
* Implementing campaigns as defined by the House Brand Strategy Manager, including digital promotions, in‑store POS, and PR initiatives.
* Coordinating with Digital Marketing and Marketing Operations to align creative, messaging, and timing. Ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery and improved campaign engagement.
* Executing tailored B2B marketing activities with internal stakeholders, providing dealers with promotional toolkits (flyers, digital assets, training resources) to improve House brand sell‑through.
* Tracking campaign results using Google Analytics, PHOCAS, Zendesk, and social platform insights. Report weekly to the House Brand Strategy Manager on engagement, traffic, sales impact, and dealer feedback.
* Conducting A/B testing on creatives, CTAs, or channels to continuously improve outcomes.
* Collaborating with Digital Marketing, Retail Marketing, and Data & Insight teams to ensure integrated customer journeys.
What We're Looking For From You
* A strong marketing executive, ideally with B2B marketing exposure.
* Previous exposure to managing the end‑to‑end execution of marketing campaigns.
* A strong track record of managing communication across various levels.
* Experience of social media, POS and/or PR initiatives would be highly advantageous.

Today, Micheldever Group is the fastest growing wholesaler, distributor and retailer of tyres in the UK, selling six million tyres nationwide (20 percent of the total UK market) and employing approximately 2,100 employees – company‑wide.
