Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic part-time finance administrator with experience in a similar role. You will work within the People and Development team, providing financial and HR administration support.

Job Details
Salary: circa £18,000 (based on 3 days/week), dependent on experience
Closing Date: 11th July 2024
Main Responsibilities
* Managing invoice processing and general HR and Finance Administration in close collaboration with HR and Finance teams
* Processing invoices, generating, and allocating Purchase Order numbers to invoices and suppliers
* Client liaison regarding invoicing and Purchase Order queries
* Maintaining the invoicing system
* Performing general HR administration and ad hoc tasks
Requirements
* Strong billing/invoicing experience
* Proficient in MS Excel and CRM
* Yardi experience preferred but not essential
* Excellent communication skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Flexible, positive attitude with a can-do approach
* Effective time management and multitasking skills
* Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and results-driven mindset
* Strong IT and administrative skills, quick learner of systems and procedures
