Job Description:
Have you built IT Product, Transformation and Technical portfolios in the MSP space?
Are you able to lead, define, and shape strategic outcomes?
Do you have the ability to build internal teams and platforms for a large, fast-growing MSP Solution Provider?
Do you have proven experience in establishing Product Management, Internal System Leadership, and Stakeholder management?

They have an excellent internal team in the MSP space, and this role will ensure all internal teams, business areas, product, tech, and sales operate smoothly while ensuring existing platforms and products are scalable to support their planned growth.
Responsibilities
* Ownership of internal Product Strategy, Technology, PMO, and Business Change
* Establish best-in-class product management frameworks, from development to execution
* Work closely with engineering, architecture, and operational teams to ensure seamless product rollouts and integration
* Define and establish the strategic direction of the Product Management Discipline and ensure best practices are followed
* Manage and maintain a broad capability vision and roadmap aligned with internal strategy
* Collaborate with business leaders and the technology team to align the product roadmap
* Implement continuous improvements to make all product strategies repeatable and scalable
* Use a data-driven approach to decision making, feedback, analysis, and next steps
* Stay ahead of emerging trends, tools, and methodologies, bringing fresh ideas into the organization
* Constantly seek to enhance both customer and employee experience
* Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement
* Empower the team to drive innovation and influence change
* Create clear development paths and provide ongoing training opportunities for team members
